Attorneys Consider Legal Action Against San Antonio's New Ordinance, Believing It Can Be Defeated in the Courts
SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --Today,Liberty Institute President and CEO Kelly Shackelford issued the following statement following the passage of the City of San Antonio's controversial ordinance regarding its so-called "non-discrimination" policy. Liberty Institute warns that it is unconstitutional for any government, including the City of San Antonio, to prohibit the free exercise of religion and to make it a "thought crime" to hold traditional biblical views on sexuality.
