INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Another exciting season for the Indianapolis Colts means another year of thrilling new stadium menu creations and hospitality innovations for Colts fans, including home-style pot-roast sandwiches, gluten-free rice noodles with marinated beef and even a towering hamburger named after the Colts General Manager. Centerplate, hospitality partner to top sporting venues, convention centers and cultural attractions in the United States and Europe and proud hospitality partner to the Indianapolis Colts, is once again bringing Colts fans the world-class hospitality they've come to expect on game day, with local flavors and flair that can only come from Indianapolis and the American Heartland.

Centerplate's new list of delectable classics at Lucas Oil Stadium includes:

  • Indiana Jumbo Pork Tenderloin Signature Sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles and served with French Fries
  • Slow Roasted Home-style Pot Roast Sandwich served on a honey Kaiser bun
  • Hand Dipped Blue Bell Ice Cream served in a cup or sugar cone
  • Gluten-free rice noodles with choice of marinated beef, marinated chicken and fresh vegetables made to order
  • "The Grigs" - Named after the Colts General Manager Ryan Grigson, a freshly grilled hamburger topped with bacon, Monterey Jack blue cheese, hot sauce, onion strings, lettuce and tomato served on a honey Kaiser bun

Additionally, Centerplate is introducing several new programs in stadium suites including: Vegan with Vedge, house-made desserts and craft cocktails. The new Vegan program features tasty dishes including: Vegan Pickled Sampler: Olives and Dried Chilies, Peel and Eat Lupini Beans, Pickled Radishes and Mustard Seeds, Grilled Vegetable Board: Grill Broccolini, Roasted Baby Carrots, and Roasted Tri Colored Cauliflower, Chilled Golden Beet Board: Roasted Golden Beets with Avocado, Cucumber and Smoked Tofu Sauce, garnished with Caper Berries and Bagel Chips, Portabella Carpaccio: Grilled Portabellas, with Pickled Red Cabbage and Rye Bread Toast Points and Vegan Chocolate Chips Cookies.
