Notably, he will lead the development of regulatory and legislative strategies that advance the company's commitment to being an advocate for change in the health care system.

Chip brings to Cambia more than 20 years of public affairs and executive leadership experience in government and corporate relations. Most recently, Chip served as the Director of Environmental & Public Affairs for Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski. Chip also brings to Cambia previous leadership experience in education, having served as the Assistant Executive Director for Public Affairs & Communications at the Oregon Education Association.
Chip is also an active member of the community. He serves as a Trustee of Marylhurst University and sits on the board of the Portland Business Alliance and the Classroom Law Project. He earned both his bachelor's degree in International Studies and master's degree in Public Affairs at the University of Oregon.
