Generational Equity Announces the Sale of J&R Construction, Inc., to JWright Companies, Inc.

DALLAS, Sept. 26,2013 /PRNewswire/ --Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, J&R Construction, Inc. (J&R), headquartered in Roosevelt, Utah, by JWright Companies, Inc. (JWright), headquartered in Evanston, Wyoming. The transaction closed on August 21, 2013.

J&R offers a variety of oil and gas field services, including building locations, roads, and tank batteries, as well as laying pipelines and roadways. The Company utilizes certified welders and contract pumpers. J&R operates in a region with substantial fossil energy resources, including coal, natural gas, and oil reserves, and is surrounded by three major basins in the eastern part of the state. The company has a 30+ year outstanding reputation for excellent capabilities and superior customer service.

Managing Directors, Stephen Crisham, Dave Lewis and Vice President, Mike Meredith, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised J&R on the transaction. Dave Lewis stated, "This transaction was the ideal situation in which a highly-strategic buyer was seeking an increased presence in the Wyoming-Utah region for oilfield construction and services.
