Wolf-Günter Freese appointed as new Chief Financial Officer of exceet
Luxembourg, October 1, 2013 - Effective October 1st, 2013, the Board of
Directors of exceet Group SE has appointed Mr Wolf-Günter Freese (49) as
new Chief Financial Officer to join the Management Board. Mr Ulrich
Reutner, who headed this function previously, will be solely in charge of
his original role as Chief Executive Officer.
Wolf-Günter Freese holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and is a
Swiss certified accountant. He brings significant value-added competences
to exceet with his experiences in the financial, organisational, tax and
corporate law aspects of business management. Most recently Wolf-Günter
Freese was CFO of the Swiss-based Maag Group.

Officer ECMS; and Wolf-Günter Freese, Chief Financial Officer.
