ARCADIS N.V.: ARCADIS appoints Curt Cramer to new role of Global Director for Performance Excellence, John Hensley to succeed him as President Environmental Division of ARCADIS US

ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading pure play global engineering and consultancy firm, announced today that Curt Cramer has been appointed Global Director Performance Excellence, a new Senior Management Committee position within ARCADIS, per November 1, 2013. John Hensley will succeed Curt Cramer in his role as President of the Environment Division of ARCADIS US, also per November 1, 2013.

Prior to becoming president of the Environment Division of ARCADIS US, Curt Cramer (1962) was director of operations for this Division, and also the U.S. representative to the Global Business Line team for Environment. Cramer previously served as director of the Client Development and Technical Knowledge and Innovation groups for the U.S. Environment Division. Curt Cramer has worked with ARCADIS since 1988. He is a Certified Professional Geologist and a member of the Association of Ground Water Scientists and Engineers, and the American Institute of Professional Geologists. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Allegheny College.

John Hensley (1962) is currently Operations Director for the Environment Division of ARCADIS US. Before taking on this role he was Director of Operations, Design and Construction in the Water Division and before that Director of Operations, ARCADIS US Water and for the Infrastructure Division. He has also been active in business development positions within ARCADIS. John Hensley has been with ARCADIS since 1985 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in five states. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
