"To meet the growing demand for human resources (HR) transformation initiatives, EY is combining leading services from its Human Capital Management practices with consulting services relating to SAP® solutions to help clients drive performance through their HR organizations and talent strategies," said Eric Ernst, principal and leader for SuccessFactors services, Ernst & Young LLP. "This expansion allows us to help companies rethink how they deploy the next generation of technologies, while leveraging what they already have in-house."

"Many companies are seeing true HR transformation through a hybrid approach of leveraging new cloud services with on-premise systems to accelerate their business performance," said Geoff Vickrey, principal and leader of the SAP practice, Ernst & Young LLP. "SuccessFactors' solutions can be part of a new approach to manage talent as the competition for top people increases in today's market. Our work with SAP and SuccessFactors is a natural progression of our existing strategic alliance."

Ernst & Young LLP earlier this year received the SAP Regional Partner Excellence Award 2013 as the Top Services Partner - Growth, in North America. It was honored as a leader in helping organizations drive growth and achieve their performance objectives. http://www.ey.com/US/en/Newsroom/News-releases/Ernst-and-Young-Receives-SAP-North-America-Partner-Excellence-Award-2013--Top-Services-Partner-Growth

"EY aims to provide its clients with a full service capability, whether they are going through a major transformation or undertaking a discrete project within their HR function. This includes strategy and planning around HR policy frameworks and the execution of HR performance improvement. In addition, EY helps clients with operating model and organization design, process design, technology advisory, establishing shared services, outsourcing advisory, HR risk and compliance, and data and reporting."
