Siemens Enterprise Communications Announces Global Webcast to Introduce New Company Brand and Vision

RESTON, Va. and MUNICH, Oct. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Siemens Enterprise Communications announced today it will host a global webcast on Oct. 15th to relaunch the company with a new brand and vision. Hamid Akhavan, CEO, will keynote the relaunch, joined by Chris Hummel, Chief Commercial Officer and President, North America. Akhavan and Hummel will provide details of the company's transformation and its mission to redefine the future of work. Join us for the conversation already underway on Twitter at harmonizenow.

The rebranding event will link the company's headquarters in Munich, Germany, and a social media "command center" in New York City via satellite with approximately 90 minutes of original programming streamed live to the web. Following the broadcasts will be a live Tweet chat with Chris Hummel and the event guests (details below).

The event features guest hosts, Baratunde Thurston, who was recently featured on the cover of Fast Company and is CEO & co-founder of Cultivated Wit, and Nicole Dufft, Senior Vice President at Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC). Other special guests include a panel of global technology and future of work leaders who will discuss the trends and impacts on the communications and collaboration market.
