SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Oct. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. announced today that it has named Tim Massey as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Paula Adams had previously held the title of CEO and President. Massey will now serve as CEO, with Adams continuing to oversee daily operations as President.

Massey has more than 18 years of experience in the staffing industry. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Paramount Staffing, where he managed sales and operations for the southeast United States.
Massey said joining Penmac was an easy decision. "Penmac has established itself as a leader not only in staffing, but also in the communities it serves.Couple that with a strong opportunity for growth, and I am excited to join the team."

Founder Patti Penny will continue to serve as Chairwoman of the Board, a position she has held since retiring at the beginning of 2012. From a small office and one customer, Penny grew Penmac into one of the nation's premier providers of temporary staffing services for the manufacturing, light industrial, clerical and transportation industries.
Today, the employee-owned company provides staffing services to more than 1,800 business customers, and employed over 18,000 people in 2012.
