AARP Brings Movies For Grownups Film Festival To Los Angeles, November 14-17

Four-Day Event to Host Exclusive Q&A Screenings with Ben Stiller, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Alexander Payne, Steve McQueen and More

WASHINGTON, Oct. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --AARP is rolling out the red carpet and bringing its Movies for Grownups® film festival to Los Angeles, screening nine films to the general public that are being considered for its annual Movies for Grownups Awards. Attendees will have the opportunity to see some of the year's most buzzed about films and standout performances that have a special appeal to the 50+ moviegoer-some of which are not yet in theaters such as Saving Mr. Banks,Labor Day, and August: Osage County-November 14-17 at Regal Cinemas, L.A. LIVE. An exclusive Q&A session featuring members of the film's cast and filmmakers will follow each screening and is included in the price of admission.

Actors Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave), Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Enough Said), Bruce Dern (Nebraska) and Margo Martindale (August: Osage County), along with filmmakers Ben Stiller (The Secret Life of Walter Mitty), Alexander Payne (Nebraska), Steve McQueen (12 Years a Slave), Jason Reitman (Labor Day) and John Lee Hancock (Saving Mr. Banks) are just some of those confirmed to attend AARP's Movies for Grownups film festival.
