The transaction closed on October 17, 2013.
TWS operates three work-over oil rigs and the Company provides a variety of oilfield services. Since 2003, the Company has supplied quality services at competitive rates, resulting in relationships with established blue-chip clients.
RockPile is a hydraulic pressure pumping company based in Denver, Colorado, and focused on the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana. With extensive industry engineering expertise in design, execution and evaluation, the Company offers pressure pumping servicesin a safe, cost-effective manner.
