MIAMI, Nov. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Anima Domus, South Florida's destination for contemporary Italian home furnishings, will celebrate its 15th anniversary with an invitation-only showcase event during Art Basel Miami Beach. Held at the brand's new 4,800 square-foot showroom in the Miami Design District at 101 NE 40th Street, the event will feature six modernist furniture brands, with pieces being imported from Italy and Sweden. Artist Bret Lopez will display his large-scale photography, with one work to be raffled to benefit Children's Bereavement Center.

The event will feature six brands that are exclusive to Anima Domus: Cierre Imbottiti, fine leather upholstery; CLEI, modular and transformable space-saving solutions; Fiam Italia, a line of furniture produced in curved glass; Porada, functional, forward pieces handcrafted from wood; Presotto Italia, unique wall units and furnishings inspired by nature; and Henzel Studio, a brand of luxury handmade rugs debuting its Diamond/Nordic Raw artistic rug collection for the first time in the U.S.
