Concurrent with its new CNSX listing, the company voluntarily de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange, and consolidated its shares on the basis of one new share for every 3 pre-consolidated shares. This followed a recent name change from Star Uranium.
On December 31st, the company closed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $476,000 from the sale of $0.24 units.
Each unit consisted of three flow-through shares, one non-flow-through share, and one-half of a warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at $0.09 in the first year, and $0.105 in the second year.
The company entered into an asset purchase agreement with Shane Resources to acquire several claims, and an option and joint venture agreement with Great Western Minerals to participate in their Rare Earth Project in northern Saskatchewan, while signing a joint venture agreement with Lakeland Resources, granting Lakeland an option to acquire a 100% in two claims totalling 1,092 hectares located near Stony Rapids in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan.
