Delphi is focused on the Asia-Pacific region and continues to grow rapidly in China. To effectively support this growth, Delphi chose to establish its Asia-Pacific finance shared services center in Huaqiao in conjunction with Genpact through a multi-phased partnership. Currently, 40 employees from Genpact Suzhou are providing F&A services to Delphi, with plans to expand to up to 100 employees by 2015. With the continued economic development in China, more enterprises have begun to realize that it's important to optimize their business processes and operations through shared services centers like those that Genpact runs for its clients worldwide.

"Through our technology, analytics and process expertise, we help clients across multiple industries around the world transform and optimize their business processes and operations," said Mudit Saxena, CEO of Genpact Asia. "The cooperation with Delphi is a milestone for us as we grow our facility in Huaqiao into a world-class shared services center to help more multinational companies establish and expand their operations in the region."

Genpact began its operations in China in 2000 and leverages its advanced technology and web communication tools to provide services such as transaction processing, financial analysis and management, information technology support, customer service, supply chain management, employee services to companies in mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, and elsewhere around the world. As one of five biggest global services providers in China announced by Ministry of Commerce, Genpact has established operations in Dalian, Suzhou, Foshan, Qingdao, and Hong Kong.

"Delphi is excited about the addition of Huaqiao to its global network of finance shared services centers," said Samir Bagri, director, Delphi Global Business Services."We appreciate Huaqiao's commitment to shared services, its excellent focus on infrastructure, and its central location with convenient access to our facilities."

Genpact Suzhou Technology and Information Services was founded in 2011 and is located in Huaqiao International Service Business Park in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, serving as an important base for Genpact to expand its business. Over the past three years, Genpact Suzhou was recognized as an "Outstanding Outsourcing Company" by the Kunshan Government and received the "China Best Contribution Award for Green IT Services and Outsourcing Innovation" from the China Summit for Outsourcing Service Innovative Development Investment and the China-Europe CIO Summit. Genpact Suzhou currently has approximately 300 employees and plans to expand the services delivery center to 1,000 employees over the next three years in order to provide world-class business process management and technology services for more international companies in China.
