(the "Company") announced today that it will file its Form 10-K Equivalent Report for its fiscal year ended November 2, 2013 electronically with Wells Fargo National Bank, as Trustee for the holders of its 6.500% Senior Notes due 2021 (the "Senior Notes"), by the close of business on the 31st day of January, 2014. The Company is not required by the Indenture for the Senior Notes to file annual, quarterly or periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), and therefore does not plan to file these reports with the SEC.
