PRINCETON, N.J., Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --Berlitz has announced that it is launching a video contest that allows US residents to share their stories about why they want to learn a new language for the chance to win a $6,600 package that includes a language learning program and a travel gift card. This contest is an opportunity for Berlitz to enforce its commitment to helping the world communicate through innovation in language and cultural services. Berlitz is accepting entries through Noon ET, March 8, 2014; voting will continue through Noon ET, March 11th, with the grand-prize winner announced by March 15th.

Residents of the United States are invited to visit Berlitz's contest website, create an account and post an original video of up to three minutes about why they would like to learn a new language. Anyone who submits a video and meets the eligibility criteria will be entered to win the grand prize. Entries will be judged based on the number of votes cast by visitors to the website; in the event of a tie, Berlitz will cast the deciding vote.
The Language Program is available either face-to-face or online via Berlitz Virtual Classroom. The travel gift card can be used for flight, hotel stay, cruise, guided tour or complete vacation package.
