Schneider said that the firm has witnessed growth spikes across several practices, led by the Board consulting practice's exceedingly strong performance, and within digital and across the technology landscape. Moreover, the energy and oil and gas sector, CMO, CIO, and Financial Officer areas have also shown significant gains.
The firm also announced two US Practice leadership changes. Alyse Forcellina will assume management of the US Leadership Strategy Consulting Practice. Ms. Forcellina, based in New York, will guide the firm's US consulting efforts around management assessment, executive development, integration, skills building, succession planning, and other related services. She assumes the role previously held by Mike Portland.
The firm also named Palo Alto-based Jon Carter to oversee the US Technology and Communications Practice. Mr. Carter is an industry veteran with experience across a range of technologies, and depth in not only search but Board Services and Leaders Strategy Consulting. He assumes the position previously held by Selena LaCroix, who will continue to lead the US Legal Officers practice and the global Semiconductor practice.
