TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT), a leading provider of services and products to the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries, announced today that the Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 19, 2014:
- declared a cash dividend in the total amount of $2.0 million (approximately NIS6.97 million), or $0.23 per share (approximately NIS0.79 per share), for all of the shareholders of TAT Technologies. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on April 21, 2014. TAT Technologies will pay the dividend on May 7, 2014. Tax will be withheld pursuant to applicable law.
- approved the grant of 195,000 options to purchase Ordinary Shares of TAT Technologies, at an exercise price of $8.79 per share, to TAT Technologies' senior executives.
