The Trust is designed to provide an ecosystem of support for former players, with an emphasis on overall health and successful transition from professional football.The Trust staff counsels players through a wellness plan across six primary pillars: Brain and Body Health, Career Transition and Development, Education and Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, and Personal Interaction.
ETO software provides The Trust with a centralized system to coordinate efforts between its service partners as well as track progress toward goals and achievement of outcomes by its members, former NFL players.
