The Net Asset Values ("NAVs") for the above company as at the close of
business on 23 April 2014 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 204.37p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 209.13p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 129.72p
The market value of investments was GBP318.6m less net liabilities (including
Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP89.6m to leave Shareholders' Funds of
GBP229.0m.
