(NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company"), announced today that following its previous reports in relation to the Israeli court's approval of a creditors' arrangement for IDB Holding Corporation Ltd., IDB Development Corporation Ltd. (the Company's indirect controlling shareholder) announced today that the consummation of the creditors' arrangement has begun and that the control in IDB Development Corporation Ltd. was transferred to the Elzstain - Extra group, led by Mr. Eduardo Elzstain and Mr. Mordechai Ben Moshe. As a result, the indirect control in the Company was transferred to the Elzstain - Extra group.
