MIDLOTHIAN, Va., June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Patient Services, Inc. (PSI), the "ground breaking" 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization of its kind, is celebrating 25 years of providing patient assistance! The 25th Anniversary Gala will take place in Baltimore, MD, September 10, 2014, and will benefit the nonprofit with funds designated to restoring hope and health for chronically-ill patients in need. Year-round, PSI subsidizes the high costs of health insurance premiums and copayments for patients living with expensive rare diseases. Additionally, PSI's educational programs and activities help deliver professional knowledge to patients. Individual donors and corporate support provide the critical resources to bridge the gap between patient knowledge, treatment affordability, and Patient Services-it's in our name.
The evening will begin at Legg Mason Tower with a cocktail reception overlooking the Baltimore harbor where guests will be entertained by a jazz band and distinguished guests. The cocktail reception will be followed by a seated dinner. PSI will deliver a strong educational message to guests attending the 25th Anniversary Gala, conduct an awards ceremony, and host a live auction.
The individual ticket price for the gala dinner is $250 or $5,000 for a table of 8. Sponsorship opportunities include a $10,000 Gold Sponsor Title, $5,000 Silver Sponsor Title, and $1,000 Bronze Sponsor Title.
