The "Getting Schooled in Infrastructure" school bus will arrive in Philadelphia Monday -- fresh from a visit to the closed I-495 Wilmington, De., bridge - to highlight the need for Congress to pass a long-term, full-investment Highway Bill to keep our roads and bridges safe.
The prop is part of a message campaign which also includes radio and online ads, billboards and grassroots action.
