Chief Operating Officers, EVPs, SVPs, VPs of Operations and their direct reports would benefit from Operations Committee membership, as well as professionals engaged in: production, logistics, procurement, distribution, supply chain, quality and process control, continuous improvement, and private equity.

The Operations Committee is currently led by Co-Chairs: Laurent Guerard, Partner, A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm committed to helping clients achieve immediate impact and growing advantage on their most mission critical issues, and Alistair Stewart, Director of Business Development, TBM Consulting Group, a global operations management consulting firm that accelerates value in challenging manufacturing and distribution environments.

"We appreciate the opportunity to partner with The Executives' Club of Chicago. We look forward to working with Operations Committee members to create professional networking events and insightful discussions that help operations leaders to proactively address the emerging trends and challenges inherent in today's complex global supply chains," said Stewart.

Serving on a Club committee is a benefit of membership and represents the most valuable peer to peer experience afforded through The Club. Club members are able to serve on two committees concurrently.
