HOUSTON, July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Axip Energy Services, LP (Axip) is pleased to announce that the company's Producer Services division has entered into a 12-year agreement under which it will construct and operate a natural gas compression and dehydration station for EdgeMarc Energy Holdings, L.L.C. (EdgeMarc). Under the agreement, Axip will build, own and operate a facility in Butler County, Pennsylvania to compress and dehydrate EdgeMarc's natural gas production from the Marcellus shale in the area. The facility is expected to commence operations in the fourth quarter of 2014, and will grow to a volume capacity of 225 million standard cubic feet per day.
Axip's Producer Services division works closely with exploration and production companies to design, develop and operate facilities that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability and economic performance.
