The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on July 28, 2014 as the record date (the "Record Date"). Stockholders of record as of the Record Date will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2014 Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof. The new deadline for notice of stockholder proposals to be brought before the 2014 Annual Meeting is the close of business on July 11, 2014.
