The Top Los Angeles Patent Attorney Team at Adli Law Group, P.C. is Ready to Protect your Business

LOS ANGELES, July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- For start-up innovators and business leaders alike in search of a Los Angeles patent attorney, there is no better option than Adli Law Group, P.C. That's because the high-caliber legal team is led by the acclaimed copyright litigation lawyer in Los Angeles, Dr. Dariush Adli, Ph.D., Esq. As the founder and president of Adli Law Group, P.C., the Los Angeles trademark attorney brings first-rate credentials to the firm, including degrees in Engineering Physics as well as a celebrated tenure running the Patent Group at a large international law firm. With such sterling accolades, it is no wonder that professionals from ambitious startups and prestigious Fortune 500 companies have trusted the firm for their legal needs at a time when patent laws are under severe scrutiny.

MedCity News reports that a new study supports the idea that "poor patent laws are crushing innovation in the technology industry." Researchers for the study wrote that "patent invalidation has a significant impact on cumulative innovation only in fields of computers and communications, electronics, and medical instruments (including biotechnology)." In fact, data from the study found that issues with patent policy could be just as detrimental to small firms as notoriously harmful patent trolls.

In contrast, the data found that patent invalidation had the greatest effect in the electronics industry. LinkedIn VP of Engineering Alex Vauthey explains that that much of the company's software is actually open source, allowing them to leverage an entire community of software developers. "At the end of the day, you use better software to build applications," says Vauthey.

While medical and tech professionals may still be trying to make sense of this new data, innovators in nearly any field can take heart in knowing that Dr. Adli and his legal team can provide cogent advice and strategies to help navigate tricky patent issues. In fact, the celebrated attorney has purposefully brought a diverse array of legal authorities to his firm; these includes specialists in fields like science, tech, and business law, as well as various other facets of patent, trademark, copyright and intellectual property.

Though many medical entrepreneurs and innovators may find current patent regulations frustrating, they may be heartened to learn that Congress is considering various reforms to patent policies for software. Fortunately, to help companies navigate the complex and constantly evolving landscape of patent law, Dr. Adli and his team at Adli Law Group, P.C. - in the U.S., and around the globe - are ready to be of assistance. In fact, aside from their headquarters in L.A., the world-class firm has offices in business centers like London, Tokyo and Taipei, and all of their expert attorneys are well versed in the languages and cultures of their various clients. To learn more about the firm, please call Adli Law Group, P.C. toll-free at 1-800-817-2949, or visit them online at www.adlilaw.com.
