("CWS" or the "Company"), to Nautic Partners, a private equity firm based in Providence, Rhode Island.
Ocala, Florida based CWS, a Highlander investment since December 2012, is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of impact-resistant and non-impact windows and doors, as well as porch enclosure products. CWS offers one of the most complete lines of vinyl impact-resistant products, primarily serving Florida and other coastal markets in the Southeastern United States.
