Solamon Energy Corp - Solamon to launch Ghanaian company

Solamon to launch Ghanaian company; execs to attend energy conference in Accra

(Accra, Ghana) - Solamon Energy Corp is proud to announce its recent activity
in Ghana will result in the launch of a highly anticipated division to be
called Solamon (Ghana) through its partnership with ZYK Links, following their
submission of an initial Expression of Interest to the Energy Ministry for the
design and construction of a 15MW solar plant in Shama. The new partnership
created in June will take advantage of not only the need for massive amounts of
energy across West Africa, but effective immediately will also explore related
opportunities matching the existing Solamon product line.

Solamon executives Jay Yeo and Christian Giles will return to Accra next month,
joining CEO Graeme Boyce, to register Solamon (Ghana) with the government in
Accra, as well as attending the upcoming 2-day conference, Solar & Off-Grid
Renewables Africa, being held at the Movenpick Hotel, September 15-16, 2014,
covering the West Africa region. According to organizers, PV-Tech, "this
high-level conference will explore the huge on- and off-grid market
opportunities with an elite panel of over 45 international expert speakers,
in-depth discussions, fantastic networking opportunities and a focused
environment where deals will get done."

Ghana is a former British colony that is enjoying cooperation among its civic
and business leaders, enabling the country to transform itself and position
itself as a stable economy and to move forward in a civil manner to maximize
profit potential from both its natural and human resources. This past June
Solamon executives, while in Accra, met with numerous government ministers,
administrators and officials to understand the process and impact of renewable
energy sources on a very large and commercial level, whether solar, wind or
thermal into the future.

To assure success on the ground, Solamon has concluded negotiations with and
are happy to partner with ZYK Links. "They will help identify complementary
product and services and opportunities moving forward in order to diversify and
expand our product offering as we grow together with our numerous partners and
suppliers," says Boyce.

In the long-term it's expected these activities will not only enhance
communities across West Africa through the roll-out of local training and
education initiatives, while reinforcing infrastructure programmes but also by
erecting water filtration systems outfitted with solar powered pumps, and
establishing new housing and additional facilities for employees and their
families, and providing increased medical care, transportation logistics for
supplies going in and local goods out, job creation across multiple
disciplines, such as drivers, general laborers and security personnel living
and working in "green certified" communities, augmenting the mid-term
distribution of Solacentro charging stations for mobile phones, tablets and
laptops.

Solamon Energy Corp (GXG:SSL) typically offers a ground-mounted solar array of
integrated cells over a package of land called the Apollo Acre'. The company
also develops custom solutions with local partners to provide roof-mounted and
parking lot systems that are easily augmented by micro wind turbine technology
and other innovative features to supply renewable energy locally.

About Solamon: Solamon Energy Corp. sells integrated arrays of ground-mounted
and rooftop photovoltaic cells. These solar power plants are connected by cable
to varied transmission equipment, including converters, inverters and
batteries, utilizing 5 acres of land per unit; each unit is called an Apollo
Acre'. Additionally, it is expected the company's business activities will
spin-off many jobs locally, given engineering requirements, construction, unit
commissioning and subsequent maintenance.
