C Share Conversion


The Board of The Diverse Income Trust plc announces that the Manager has now
substantially invested the proceeds of the recent C Share issue in accordance
with its investment policy and consequently the conversion of the C Shares will
take place in accordance with the provisions of the Articles, as summarised in
the C Share prospectus dated 30 May 2014.

It is expected that conversion will occur in accordance with the following
timetable:

Conversion calculation date             03 October 2014

Conversion date close of business       07 October 2014

Dealings in new ordinary shares arising on conversion commences, and listing of
C shares cancelled, at 8.00 am on 08 October 2014.

The Company has made an application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted
to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange from the same
time and date.
