Almere, 2 October 2014 - USG People announced that it has further expanded its online services with the acquisition of 51% of the shares in Netwerven.
Netwerven is a Dutch company that has helped employers since 2006 with activities on the dividing line between effectively using online recruitment and online marketing. Netwerven advises and helps build and deploy recruitment strategies and optimise recruitment processes. Refurls, Netwerven's social referral recruitment tool, provides a solution with which companies can use the social networks of their employees and contacts to recruit new staff.
The majority stake in Netwerven provides USG People with a distinctive online recruitment proposition aimed at increasing added value for its clients by arranging the recruitment and selection process both effectively and efficiently.
