Mr. Collins, a former Royal Hong Kong Police member, is a Certified Fraud Examiner with over 40 years of international business intelligence experience. Mr. Collins is an expert in identifying areas of potential or current theft and fraud, gathering business intelligence, due diligence processes and corporate risk avoidance guidelines.
