Beta Systems announced today that it has concluded a reseller agreement with ddk-software to sell and support its Data Center Intelligence (DCI) products in the Nordic countries. The contract has been effective since September 2014.Denmark-based ddk-software is a specialized distributor of systems management software for IBMz/OS and z/VSE mainframes as well as midrange IBM system and platforms.This new addition to its growing channel partner network enables Beta Systems to extend the reach of its DCI portfolio into the Nordic region, provide optimal support to customers there and complement the activities of its Swedish office.
Beta Systems offers an extensive range of DCI-related products and services to midsized and large enterprises as well as to public institutions and around the world. The portfolio automates, documents, and analyzes business-critical IT processes in data centers and for IBM mainframe access management. The agreement with ddk-software underlines the interest in this growth market by large banks, insurance companies and other organizations, who need to ensure the efficiency and security of their data center processes while keeping costs under control.
