Martinsried/Munich, 7 November, 2014. Medigene AG (http://www.medigene.de) (MDG1, Frankfurt, Prime Standard) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Trianta Immunotherapies GmbH has been renamed
"Medigene Immunotherapies GmbH". Medigene acquired this company, a spin-off of the Helmholtz Zentrum Munich, in January 2014.
