Brokersclub AG - De-listing from GXG Markets

Brokersclub AG (GXG Markets: BCAG) (the "Company") intends to de-list from the
GXG exchange in accordance with rule 19.1 Market Rules in 21 days from the date
of publication.
As already announced by press release as of July 15 2014, the Company is in the
process of listing its shares on the multilateral trading facility of the
Euronext Alternext Markets in Lisbon, Portugal to provide more market liquidity
and a higher corporate profile.
Alternext is not a regulated market within the meaning of E.U. directives. It
is a multilateral trading facility (MTF) operated under the Alternext name by
the relevant market operator in Brussels, Lisbon, Amsterdam and Paris.
Alternext is based on the same pan-European trading platform as the Euronext
main cash-market, enhancing liquidity.
Brokersclub AG already has filed the listing application in cooperation with
their appointed Listing Sponsor, Stock Market Partners ("SMP") by the end of
July 2014.
After clearance with 75 % percent of the shareholders voting rights without
holding a general meeting the Company now have the majority approval to file
the cancellation of their current Listing with GXG Markets.
