Mobile Cloud Labs 2014 Year End Audit Delayed

Mobile Cloud Labs and its accountants are working to finalize the June 30th
2014 year end audit required by GXG Markets.

LONDON - Mobile Cloud Labs Plc., developers of high-quality applications for
smartphones, handheld devices, and portable computers, today announced that
they are diligently working with their auditors to complete the June 30th 2014
year end audit as required by GXG Markets.

Mobile Cloud Labs expects to have the audit finalized and made available to
investors and GXG Markets no later than December 12th 2014. Additional time has
been necessary due to changes in ownership structure of a major shareholder, which
the auditors have to formally validate with third party documents required under statutory
and UK auditing rules.
