Mobile Cloud Labs welcomes Mr. Bryan McCauley as a new member to the core
management team - Mr. Traynham Houston to resign as executive director:

The Board of Directors of Mobile Cloud Labs PLC herewith informs the market
that Mr. Traynham Houston resigned as director with effect of November 21st,
2014. He continues his work with the Company as "Lead Mobile Application
Engineer", which will enable him to fully focus on his field of expertise.

The Board is also very pleased to welcome Mr. Brian McCauley to our core
management team. He will be VP of Global Development Teams, coordinating our
several teams of developers operating in different continents on the way to
rollout our mobile advertising platform. Brian is highly trained in and has
more than 10 years experience in complex agile development processes with
decentralized teams. His operating methods are cutting edge, as is his network
& his ability to deliver with 100% reliability, professional desktop, mobile
and cloud based software solutions amongst hundreds of project rollouts under
his belt.
