Symbiosis Healthcare Plc: Further delays in filing Audited Accounts Dated: 07 January 2015 "SYMB" or "The Company" The Board wishes to inform the members that there is a further delay in the filing of the Company's Audited Financial Statements. The cause of the delay was that in December the previous auditor was advised of a change in their status and permissions by their professional regulators, which meant that they are no longer allowed to audit, listed companies. As a consequence they resigned from the engagement. The company was then presented with the task of identifying and appointing a new auditor so late in the year. The intervening Christmas and New Year holidays acerbated the situation. The Board also wishes to inform the members that a new auditor for the company has been identified and that clearance has been received for them to be engaged this week. As soon as the auditors have been appointed in the next day or two, a formal announcement to the members via the company website shall be made with an indication of the expected date of completion of the audit. The Board takes this opportunity to assure the members that the planned Board changes shall go ahead as announced late last year. The invigorated Board is committed to securing a listing for the company in an alternative more liquid market that will enhance their ability to trade their shares, something that unfortunately was not achieved with GXG.
