BLOCK LISTING


TORONTO, January 13, 2015 - Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (the "Company",
"Canaccord Genuity") announces that an application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 171,128
Common shares which have no nominal or par value in relation to the Company's
CSH Replacement Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) share scheme to be admitted to
the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing Common shares in issue of the Company.
