TWENTYFOUR SELECT MONTHLY INCOME FUND LIMITED

       (a closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey with

Further to the announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the
period from 12 February 2014 (date of incorporation) to 30 September 2014, the
Company is pleased to announce the publication of a Supplementary Prospectus
reflecting the Annual Financial Report.

The Supplementary Prospectus will be available for inspection at
the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Copies of the Prospectus will also be available on the Company's website at
http://www.twentyfouram.com/funds/select-monthly-income-fund and for
collection, free of charge during normal business hours from the Company's
