PipeHawk announces that it has been informed that on 12 February 2015 a
purchase of 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company was made by Mr Peter
Lobbenberg.

Following this purchase, Mr and Mrs Lobbenberg now hold an aggregate holding of
2,800,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.48 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
