The Company announces that, following the transfer of 4,695 'A' ordinary shares
from its Treasury Shares Account to the Trustee of its Long-Term Incentive
Plan, the number of 'A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each in issue is 33,518,679 of
which 1,168,721 (3.49%) are treasury shares.
