Ratos: Lars Pettersson resigns as CEO of Bisnode

This information is disclosed in accordance with the Securities Markets Act, the Financial Instruments Trading Act or demands made in the exchange rules.

Pettersson has decided to resign as President and CEO of Ratos's subsidiary Bisnode. CFO Anders Berg will take over as acting CEO. Chairman of the board Jon Risfelt will strengthen the company by becoming executive chairman for a period. A recruitment process is underway.

Bisnode has undergone an extensive and comprehensive journey of change in recent years with regard to strategy, geographic focus and corporate structure. Today the company is well equipped to meet market and customer demands for reliable and professional decision support services. Following several years of intensive change the company is now entering a new phase and Lars has chosen to resign as CEO. He has been CEO of Bisnode since 2012.

CFO Anders Berg will take over as acting CEO. Chairman of the board Jon Risfelt will strengthen the company by becoming executive chairman for a period. Anders was appointed CFO in January 2015 and joined Bisnode from the position of CFO at Swedbank C&C.

Bisnode's chairman, Jon Risfelt, comments: "During his three years as CEO, Lars initiated a strategically important and extensive transformation of the company with the aim of becoming a strategic decision support partner for its customers. Lars has chosen to resign at a natural time when the company is about to step up to the next level of its development. The board would like to express its warm thanks to Lars for his work in transforming the company into a stronger Bisnode with a clear direction and which now faces an exciting future."

Ratos became the majority owner of Bisnode in 2005 when Ratos's holding Infodata was merged with Bonnier Business Information and formed Bisnode. Today, Bisnode is one of Europe's leading providers of decision support based on credit, market and business information with a focus on helping companies and organisations to make smart decisions. Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) has been Bisnode's partner for more than 10 years and is a part of the global network for providers of decision support.

Lars Pettersson will leave his position on 9 March 2015.

Vorsicht, geheim!
