OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/12/15 -- On Saturday, March 14, 2015, Giant Tiger will celebrate the official opening of its relocated store in Alliston, ON.
The new Giant Tiger will be located at 130 Young Street. This location will offer approximately 18,000 square feet of selling space.
Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. after a ribbon-cutting ceremony. There will be speeches by local dignitaries, and Store Manager Chris Parrack. Giant Tiger is proud to be connected and committed to the communities we serve. There will be a charity Round Up campaign with proceeds going to the Good Shepherd Food Bank.
It will be a fun-filled day with plenty of free activities for customers of all ages, including gift card giveaways to the first 50 customers in store, free face painting, strolling entertainment, and of course a visit from Friendly, the Giant Tiger! There will also be promotional giveaways and Giant Value product sampling during the celebration.
Giant Tiger Alliston will also be hosting a Princess and the Snowman Meet and Greet from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
