Irish Retailer Launches Irish Home Shopping Channel TISTV

The Irish Storelaunches pilot episode ofTISTVahead of US cable launch

TheIrishStore.com, today announces the launch TISTV - a home shopping channel showcasing the very best in Irish clothing, jewelry and homeware. A one hour pilot episode is being made available online today, with a full channel launching on North American cable networks later in the year.

Viewers in the USA and Canada will be able to purchase items featured on the channel on TheIrishStore.com or on a free phone number 24 hours a day.

Lulu O'Sullivan, founder of TheIrishStore.com says this was an obvious next step in the company's communications strategy "Our customers have been clear, they have told us they love the photos, descriptions and videos on our website - but they would like more - more details, more video content, and more product information. This one hour pilot is launched just ahead of Saint Patrick's Day on March 17^th. Lulu adds "First we wanted to test the concept with this pilot. TheIrishStore.com is finalising deals with networks in the USA and Canada and is set to launch a full-time channel on October 1^st.
