WilsonHCG Acquires Sumner Grace to Expand Human Capital Solutions Offerings

TAMPA, Florida, March 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- WilsonHCG, a global leader in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and human capital consulting, today announced that it has acquired Sumner Grace, a U.S.-based global talent acquisition, talent management and workforce planning consulting firm.

Dubiski has more than 20 years of experience in the development, delivery and management of HR functions both as a service provider and corporate leader. Prior to founding Sumner Grace, Dubiski worked as the Vice President of Operations for one of the largest U.S.-based staffing and vendor management service providers focused on large-scale workforce engagements and RPO. He is a thought leader within the talent space, serving as an associate with Towers Perrin as well as a speaker and writer on human capital strategy.
