This follows the release of its audited results for the year ended 31 December
2014 on 18 March 2015.
The Company will be holding its 2015 Annual General Meeting at 10.00 am on
Thursday, 7 May 2015 at the offices of Peel Hunt, Moor House, 120 London Wall,
EC2Y 5ET.
Copies of these documents will shortly be available for inspection via the
National Storage Mechanism located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and have
been posted to the Company's shareholders who have elected to receive a hard
copy.
