                           ("AAA" or the "Company")

                           Result of General Meeting

The board of Anglo African Agriculture plc is pleased to announce that all
resolutions put forward were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held
earlier today. In particular, new Articles of Association were adopted and
these are available on the Company's website.

Andrew Monk, the Chairman, reported at the meeting:

"Business operations continue in line with expectations. Plans for the proposed
move of the factory of Dynamic Intertrade, our subsidiary, from Brits to more
suitable premises in Cape Town are well advanced. We are actively reviewing
potential acquisition candidates in order to grow AAA and the Board is
receptive to ideas that will help to build shareholder value. As previously
announced, we are intending to move to a Standard Listing on the Main Market of
the London Stock Exchange as we believe this would be a better platform for AAA
as a small growing company, and preparations are underway to achieve this."
