Establishes market leader in financial supply chain automation for the Oil and Gas vertical

(NASDAQ: ADP) http://www.kallidus.com/ on the sale of its ADP Procure-to-Pay ("P2P") business to Oildex, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR.
