Andrew Duncan brings more than 25 years of executive search and industry experience
Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced that Andrew Duncan has joined the firm as a Senior Partner in the Financial Services Practice, focusing on recruiting senior executives for clients in the Bankingand Private Equity industries in Europe.

Mr. Duncan joins Caldwell Partners from CTPartners, where he co-led the firm's Global Financial Services and Private Equity practices. Prior to joining the executive search industry, he held numerous leadership and executive positions in both public and private companies, in all cases, working with stakeholders and management in order to realise investment and performance objectives. In addition to his corporate track record, Mr. Duncan is a successful entrepreneur and has led several businesses to successful and meaningful conclusions for investors.
